At Noksha Kata, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packing and delivering your sarees with love and quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund Policy below.
✅ Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

You initiate the refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Note: We do not offer refunds for color variation, size issues (as sarees are free size), or change of mind.
🔄 Refund Process

Email or WhatsApp us at [your@email.com / number] within 48 hours of delivery.

Mention your order number and share clear photos of the product with the issue.

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days.
💸 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank/UPI/card).

In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (you’ll be asked to share account details).
🚚 Return Shipping

If the product is damaged/defective/wrong, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If a return is accepted for any other reason, the customer will bear the return courier charges.
